Room types
Where you'll sleep
Shared room
A bed in a shared, air-conditioned room. Men and women stay in separate rooms.
Couple room
A room for two, with a fan, for couples travelling together — when space is available.
Private room (when available)
Cannot be guaranteed. Some private rooms may not have air conditioning.
Private rooms cannot be guaranteed
Room allocation depends on availability on your arrival date. If a private room is available, we will try our best to accommodate your request. Some private rooms may not have air conditioning.
You can tell us your room preference on the application form, but specific rooms cannot be reserved in advance.
Couples and solo travellers
Couples can request to stay together. We will try to arrange a room for two people when space is available.
Solo travellers share a room with other international volunteers — men and women in separate rooms.
Housekeeping deposit
Housekeeping Deposit — 200 THB
There is no program fee. Accommodation is free.
A 200 THB housekeeping deposit is collected when you arrive. You are welcome to pay in your own currency, and we refund the deposit in the same currency you used.
Before checking out, volunteers are asked to leave the room clean and wash the bedding provided during their stay.
A coin-operated washing machine is available for approximately 40 THB per wash.
Room and bedding prepared — deposit returned
If the room and bedding are prepared according to the checkout instructions, the 200 THB housekeeping deposit will be returned.
Prefer not to wash — deposit used for housekeeping
If you prefer not to wash and prepare the bedding before departure, the 200 THB will be used to pay our housekeeper to clean the room and prepare the bedding for the next volunteer.

Meals
Food at the volunteer house
Meals are provided according to the volunteer program schedule.
Thai-style meals are usually served, and volunteers may also experience local Northern Thai food.
Dietary requirements
Please tell us in your application if you are vegetarian, vegan, have allergies or have any special dietary requirements.
We will try our best to accommodate dietary requirements, but we cannot guarantee that our kitchen will be completely free from allergens.
Living together
House rules
- Never take food, drinks or personal belongings belonging to another volunteer without permission. Please label personal food with your name.
- Respect quiet hours and your housemates' sleeping times.
- Clean shared areas (kitchen, bathrooms, living areas) after you use them.
- No smoking in the rooms or inside the house.
